When the cloud teach pendant cannot connect due to abnormal operations, disconnect the teach pendant power, disconnect and reset the desktop client, reconnect the teach pendant, and log in with a new verification code.

2. Cloud Teach Pendant Operation Failure and Recovery

When the current page becomes unresponsive during cloud teach pendant use, check whether the current network connection is normal. After confirmation, disconnect the client and wait for the network to recover before reconnecting the teach pendant.

3. Cloud Teach Pendant Usage Precautions

(1) Moisture Protection

The working environment for the physical cloud teach pendant should not be too humid. Once internal moisture occurs, it can cause components to rust and corrode. In severe cases, the circuit board may fail to work properly, power supply may be obstructed, short circuits may cause damage, and there is a risk of electric leakage. Therefore, the following precautions should be observed when using the teach pendant:

Avoid placing near air conditioners and water sources, as heat generated during use can create internal condensation when exposed to cold air and water;

If there is sweat or water stains after use, wipe them clean promptly. When storing in the packaging box after use, keep it dry.

(2) Strong Light Protection

The physical cloud teach pendant display screen is prone to accelerated aging under strong light exposure, which reduces luminous efficiency and touch sensitivity, and may cause display abnormalities. Therefore, avoid placing it in areas with strong direct light.

(3) Dust Protection

Dust accumulation will affect heat dissipation of electronic components, causing the circuit board temperature to rise, leading to leakage and component burnout. Dust may also absorb moisture, causing short circuits in the internal electronic circuits of the teach pendant and resulting in operational abnormalities. Therefore, maintain a clean environment around the teach pendant, avoid working in dusty environments, and return the teach pendant to its packaging box promptly after use to minimize exposure to the external environment.
